Bridgeport Immigration is led by Mr. Arvind Kadia, our Global Director, who brings over 35 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Under his visionary leadership, the organization has built a strong reputation for professionalism, compassion, and unwavering dedication to supporting immigrant communities around the world.

Mr. Kadia is a distinguished professional, having ranked at the top of his class in Mansa, Gandhinagar during his SSC (10th Standard) examinations. He began his career as a professional tutor before transitioning into the pharmaceutical sector, where he made notable contributions at companies such as CORE Healthcare and Claris Lifesciences.

Throughout his career, Mr. Kadia has successfully led and executed more than 11 turnkey projects in the pharmaceutical domain. His work has spanned multiple areas including injectables, oral solids, liquids, and more—earning him recognition as a leader in pharma turnkey project management.

Beyond his corporate accomplishments, Mr. Kadia has remained a passionate career counsellor, dedicated to mentoring and guiding individuals with practical, real-world insights.
